Default Mesmer Build

Heres a new build that i came up with after looking over the new NF skills. Its based around the skills Hypochondria and Epidemic. Basically, its a conditon inflicting based build that does damage, and also has energy management and hex removal.



Me/N; Me/A; Me/W (Depends on ur preference for condtions)



Attributes:

Domination: Max
Inspiration: 9+1
Fast Casting: 7+1
Illusion: 0
Curses: Leftovers


Skills:


Expel Hexes{E}
Energy Burn
Hypochondria
Epidemic
Spirit of Failure/DrainEnchantment
Enfeeble/Condition skill, preferrably bleeding skill
Optional(Suggested: Energy Management skill)
Res Signet


Uses:

Best used on large groups of enemies that are in a compact area. When you get some conditions on a bunch of them, use Hypochondria on target, and then, immediately use Epidemic so that all of teh adjacent foes get all the conditions on target foe. Use all other skills as usual for e-management etc.

We ran that in a gvg, along with fevered dreams (no, not when hypochondria was working wrongly). It works well until they get really far, and in some maps, especially the new ones, the battle camp tends to be large. Since you say it's to gather and spread conditions, I guess it's for 6/8 battles. The idea is interesting, but I guess fevered alone would do it effectively. Place it on a drawer, and he will do everything for you.

Works better if you had a D/N and a Me/x

Mystic Corruption - conditions you apply last 1-12% (per enchantment on you) longer
Virulence (e) - if target suffers from a condition, adds Poison, Disease and Weakness
Signet of Agony - causes you bleeding and damages nearby enemies
Plague Sending - lose 10% max life and send out 1 condition to enemy
Heart of Fury
Heart of Flame
Parasitic Bond
Rez Signet

Fevered Dreams(e)
Fragility
Hypercondria
Drain Enchantment/Reveal Enchantment
Phantom Pain
Shattered Delusions
Ether Tap
Ether Feast

Yours seems to only go against adjacent foes to target. FD goes a bit further. Too bad you can't use the effects of that elementalist's spell that removes all conditions to only affect 1 monster.
